This short course is designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall body strength through gentle yet effective Pilates-based movement. Drawing on the Franklin Method - a dynamic approach combining imagery, anatomical understanding, and mindful movement - you will learn how to move more efficiently and feel more connected with your body.
What Will I Study?
Each session focusses on functional movement patterns and core stability, helping you to gain greater body awareness and control. We will look at creating a strong centre, improving posture and overall balance, as well as improving your strength and flexibility.

This course is open to all adults and does not require any prior experience in Pilates, the Franklin Method, or other movement practices.
