before you book

Please note that we cannot offer treatments to anyone aged 18 or under without parental consent. Availability of treatments may depend on the time of year, as students will need to have covered certain theory and practical content before treatments can be offered to clients.

A full consultation will be taken prior to any appointment to ensure it is safe for you to receive the treatment. Some treatments, such as eyelash tinting or hair colouring, require a skin test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to protect you from potential reactions. We will arrange this with you when you get in contact.

We may ask for your written permission to take photos or video as evidence for student assessments. Keep in mind that our students are training and the treatments may take longer than would be expected in a typical salon environment. This is reflected in our prices. We will ask for your feedback following the appointment as it is important for students to learn from client feedback.

See our Salon Price list for a full list of treatments and prices.
