Lucy has a legal background, but now works for RSAcademics Limited as a senior advisor in governance. She has a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD. She has extensive experience as a governor in other schools, including most recently as Chair of a large day and boarding independent school. She is also on the Court of the Mercers’ Company and a director of the Mercers’ Company Housing Association.
