Lynne chairs the P&R and Remuneration Committees and is a member of the Search & Governance Committee. Lynne lives in Winchester and was first appointed in 2011 as a Parent Governor and when her term ended in 2015 was re-appointed as a non-category governor. She is a town planner and Chartered Surveyor and runs her own planning practice primarily acting for commercial developers. Her professional experience and knowledge brings a valuable perspective to the Estates element of the remit of the P&R Committee and to the Board.
