Hampshire Specialist Music Course Auditions

Taster Days

This is an opportunity for you to spend a day in college trying out your subject choices, meeting staff and other new students. You will also attend Freshers' Fair, where you will find out all about the college activity programme.

Friday 5th July 2019

Reconfirm Place at the College

After Taster Day we ask if you would still like to take up your place at the college, and if so, whether your subject choices remain the same. The deadline for this will be Friday 5th July 2019.

Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 July 2019

Open Evenings: 5.30pm - 8.30 pm

Please come along with your parents or with a group of friends to have a look around our facilities.  This is an opportunity for you to discuss the many subjects on offer with our teaching staff. You will also be able to meet current students to discuss college life and how it may differ from school.

Thursday 22 August 2019

GCSE Results Day

We hope you will have achieved the grades you are hoping for. However, if your results are very different from those expected and will affect your course choice, you must telephone Admissions on 01962 857555 so we can help and advise you prior to enrolment.

Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 & Thursday 29 August 2019

You will be allocated a two hour time slot on one of these days.

It is essential that you attend. When confirming course choices, priority will be given to students who are able to attend enrolment. We may not be able to confirm the preferred subjects of late enrollers.

27, 29, 30 August and 2 September 2019

Sports Team Trials

Dates and times of the individual team trials can be found in the Taster Day Magazine. Team trials are the only chance you have to try for a team place.
