Information About The Post

The College delivers provision for 16-19 year olds, adult education, higher education and apprenticeships. Our busy Management Information Systems (MIS) department manages data including enrolments, fees, timetabling, funding returns and reporting. The role will be hands-on and also includes acting as the deputy to the MIS Manager, so the post offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled analyst to move to the next level. We seek an experienced MIS professional with a track record of delivering high quality data analysis, alongside knowledge of funding regulations and excellent Excel skills.  The ideal candidate will have worked in education, including experience of timetabling and using MIS software on a day to day basis. (e.g Capita Unit-E/ProSolution). The post is substantial part time (0.9056 FTE) and we are able to consider candidates who prefer to work either full year or part year (mainly term time).

We are dedicated to safeguarding the students in our care. To that end, a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced disclosure will be required in the event of an individual being offered a position within our College. Our staff undertake regular safeguarding training and are subject to ongoing safeguarding scrutiny.
