Information About The Post

We are seeking a strong administrator to work across two departments in the College. Duties will include general clerical tasks; dealing with telephone and email queries; assisting in the preparation of exam paperwork and updating student records. You will work term time plus Enrolment Week which is in August. For much of the year, you will work part time for twenty hours a week but additional hours are essential from March and into the summer exam period. You should be educated to A level or equivalent, with strong IT skills and a willingness to work flexibly to support these busy teams.

We are dedicated to safeguarding the students in our care. To that end, a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced disclosure will be required in the event of an individual being offered a position within our College. Our staff undertake regular safeguarding training and are subject to ongoing safeguarding scrutiny.
