We require a French Tutor to join the Adult Education team at the College from September 2020

Information About The Post
We are looking to appoint a tutor to teach French from September 2020. A teaching qualification is desirable (PTLLS or above)
The teaching hours available are:
- Year 1 - Tuesday or Wednesday evening
- Year 2 - Thursday evening
- Year 3 - Tuesday daytime
- Year 4 - Thursday evening
- Year 5 - Friday daytime
- Year 6 - Wednesday evening
- Year 6 - Tuesday daytime
- Upper Intermediate - Tuesday evening
- French Culture - Conversation class - November start (early evening, day negotiable)
These are taught either at the Adult Education Centre in Weeke for daytime courses or at the Sixth Form College for evening courses. Depending on the social distancing situation at the time, we may require these courses to be taught online, so a familiarity with communication technology is desirable.
These are non-examined, adult leisure courses although they still follow a structured plan. These appointments are made subject to sufficient students enrolling on the course to make it financially viable.For more information about the levels of ability, please see the background information provided below.
We are dedicated to safeguarding the students in our care.
