Whether you're re-sitting exams from the summer, looking to improve your employment prospects, thinking about applying for a university course, or just wanting to help your children with their homework, the ACE Centre may have the course for you.
It is now possible to take 'Single-Units' from the ACCESS to Higher Education course modules. These are the equivalent to A levels, and on completion, you will be awarded a Peter Symonds certificate to show your achievement at Level 3. The cost is approximately £150 per subject. Take a look at the ACCESS to HE web pages to see the 10 subjects we offer - ranging from Creative Writing to Sociology.
GCSE stands for General Certificate of Secondary Education. It's highly valued by colleges and employers, so will be useful whatever you are planning to do afterwards. The qualification mainly involves studying the theory of a subject, combined with some investigative work. Some subjects also involve practical work.
