These courses will provide you with the opportunity to develop your business skills and prove competence in the following areas; Business Administration, Teamwork, Management, Customer Service, Book-keeping and Accountancy. There are also some professional qualifications for those working in the education and training sector. Most programmes, excluding Book-keeping, Accountancy and IT are available for you to choose how you want to learn through picking and mixing from tutorials, work based assessment, partly self study, supported by tutorials and online tutor support.

Children and Young peoples workforce and Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
The courses will offer you a progression route from Level 2 which is a good introduction right through to the Foundation Degree in Learner Support for Teaching Assistants and Early Years. Courses at level 2 and 3 are run on a combination of workbased assessment and taught input. New courses normally start in September and January

We offer a range of counselling courses designed to enable the individual to enjoy the opporting to learn about communication and counselling skills, enhance existing skills, qualify as a counsellor, develop both personally and professionally.

Hair, Beauty and Holistic Training Academy
Qualify as a Beauty Therapist and/or a Hairdresser in our fully equipped teaching salons. Please be aware that Body Massage is an entry requirement for Aromatherapy Sports massage level 3 must be taken prior to level 4. Unfortunately due to funding changes some courses in our brochure have been altered but our website reflects this and provides a full suite of courses running. Sorry for any confusion, this was unavoidable and out of our control.

Teacher Training
The courses below are for people who would like to teach in the Further Education (FE) sector (16yrs+). This qualification will allow you to work in a variety of learning environments ranging from Colleges and Community Centres to Prisons, Health Service, Armed Forces, Youth clubs, etc. The level 3/4 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector (PTLLS) is a short introductory course which you will need to complete before you can qualify as an associate or full teacher in FE and it is also useful in helping you to decide if you want to teach. PTLLS can lead onto either a Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) or a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) / PGCE and Fully Qualified Teacher Status in FE (QTLS).
