  Access is a course designed for adults (19 years of age and older) who would like to progress to study at university. For a fuller description of the ACCESS to HE Diploma course please enter 'Access to HE' into the course directory box on the home page.

  Courses are available in the following areas:

• Foundation Degrees

  Foundation degrees or Diplomas in HE are the first two years of an honours degree programme but they are also a qualification in their own right. Students will obtain a degree certificate from the University which validates the particular foundation degree being studied. Students can apply to do a "top up" year to obtain a full honours degree. Applications are now being taken for September 2012.
